Monday - Core Strength Session - Yoga
Tuesday - Swim squad 6pm at The Southport School (TSS)
Wednesday - Bike Race Pace Intervals Session 5.00am at The Spit (Meet at Southport SLSC ),Main Beach
Wednesday - Run track session 6pm at Griffith University Athletics Track, Parkwood
Thursday - Swim squad 6pm at The Southport School (TSS)
Friday - Bike skills, transitions and development 5:30am at Nerang velodrome (Nerang Connection Road)
Saturday - Swimming 3:30pm at The Southport School (TSS) or Open water Swim Lake Hugh Muntz - Mermaid Waters ( Check Calender for details)
