Head Coach - Craig (Gus) Sweeney

The Club is in a fortunate position that it can offer members expert coaching, provided by Craig (Gus) Sweeney.  Gus is an accomplished long course triathlete and has many years experience competing in the sport at the highest level.  He now uses that experience to coach and instruct athletes to enable them to achieve their goals.

If you feel that you want to take a bigger step in achieving your goals, Gus also offers a personalised coaching
service.  This gives you an opportunity to sit down and discuss your goals and ambitions, time constraints you might have with work and family commitments which will lead to Gus developing a personalised and periodised program that is tailored to your needs.  If you think this is a better option than simply relying on the six (6) coached sessions during the week, please contact Gus via the Contact Us page.
